La fuerza interior nos llena aunque exteriormente seamos pobres, y, sin embargo, si la conservamos y aplicamos correctamente, la riqueza interior puede también crear riqueza exterior y prosperidad para todos.<br />Este es el objetivo de la Ecología Yóguica.</span> </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"> </div><br /><div align="center"><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><span style="color:#ff0000;">Yoga Ecology</span><br />Harmonising our inner and outer nature.</div><div align="center"><br />Applying Satyananda Yoga Techniques and </div><div align="center">Practices to Awaken our Inner Potential.<br />Developing an Understanding of </div><div align="center">How we can Achieve Greater<br />Happiness by Applying the<br />Experience of Yoga<br />into our Living.<br /><br /><br /><br /><span style="color:#3333ff;">Overview of Yoga Ecology</span><br /><br />Yoga Ecology is the experience of the connection between the external world governed by nature that we are all participating in and the inner experience of our own consciousness which, for most people, is largely unexplored.<br /><br />Yoga Ecology is a way to bring balance for the individual to find a greater harmony between the outer environment and this inner experience. The inner experience often produces fear in people as they are unfamiliar with it. It is therefore often avoided leaving the only alternative being to try and find happiness in the outer environment. Yoga techniques were designed to help alleviate the fear of inner experiences by providing set disciplines to guide people into the experience of their own consciousness in a harmonious way.<br /><br />Everyone participates in life to varying degrees and to different levels of success and failure. Yoga Ecology aims to provide a manner to become more centered within oneself, to heighten awareness of all experiences to produce a greater capacity to resolve our problems and find happiness despite life’s difficulties.<br /><br />Yoga Ecology is not about avoiding difficulties, it is solving them before they can manifest by being able to focus on what is most important. In Yoga Ecology we aim to worry less and seek solutions in harmony with the environment more by looking within ourselves for the best outcome to difficulties. Too much time is spent on imaginings of what might happen and what others might think of us rather than what we can do to alleviate problems that hinder our progression on all levels.<br /><br />Basically the problem with society today is its dependence on external wealth rather than internal wealth. What price do we put on sincerity and devotional love? Can we buy them? People can stop us expressing them to a degree but no one can rob us of these virtues. It is us who neglect them and fail to develop them due to our pursuit of worldly aims that we know never fulfill or satisfy for very long.<br /><br />Few people are strong enough to stand up against social norms to become virtuous even in their understanding of yoga. I don’t mean fanatical practice of rituals and techniques. Used appropriately these tools of yoga are to help raise our energy but they are a means not an end. They must be used in a harmonious way within society to benefit society.<br /><br />What I do mean is an attitude of total surrender to the inner light of the inner soul, with innocence to be able to say that we really don’t understand what life is about but will try and make a contribution to making it better as best it can be understood and be willing to change direction as more is learned about it.<br /><br />We all know that we are interdependent on each other in life. Yet we all act selfishly to maintain our position or status. Why is it that we cannot realize that to help our neighbor will improve the total environment that we all benefit from? Is it because we fear that if we give to others we will be left with nothing? Isn’t this showing us how dependent we are on external wealth to be secure? When we have internal wealth we don’t fear giving. We thrive on it. We change our life so that we can do it!<br /><br />Yet true Yogis and Rishis have often been depicted as ascetic living on alms and donations. It hardly appears to be a very giving lifestyle. This is one of their mysteries. It is hard to understand that people that rely on our donations are giving unless we can understand that they are giving us the opportunity to be giving.<br /><br />True yogis make themself as independent as possible by living simply in order to not need anything more than what nature requires for them to live. It may be that their mission in life requires they accumulate things but it is always for the benefit of others.<br /><br />What a Yogi really gives is their higher energy vibration. Their outer situation is not that relevant. If we can understand this concept we can start to see the depth of their giving. They understand how to focus energy and transmute it to a higher vibration to inspire others to do better in their lives. The very fabric of creation is uplifted by their presence. All life is enriched with greater wonder and possibilities by them.<br /><br />Honor such people with sincere devotion and faith so that our lives will be transformed by the creation of inner wealth to benefit others as well.<br /><br />If we neglect inner wealth for outer wealth gains we will eventually experience a profound feeling of loss. If we guard or protect this inner wealth but let its transparent light shine into this world our heart will be full and life will be brighter for everyone. Of course people absorbed in their preoccupation of their own wants and needs may not experience the sensation of a being with a yogi, but they will in some way be affected to a degree.<br /><br />So inner wealth is to be protected and this is why Yogis and Rishis are often staying separate from social interaction. It is to build up their inner wealth in order to shine more strongly with the higher energy of creation into our lives.<br /><br />How can we not be grateful and give the highest respect for those that surrender their own outer life to bring good into our lives. They have in fact given up everything to make our lives better. They don’t do it for themselves. They do it for the totality of creation right to the source of existence.<br /><br />We don’t have to live like ascetic Yogis or Rishis but we definitely need to understand to build up our inner strength or wealth to improve our situation in life. How many people are happy with only external wealth? It is internal wealth that brings the inner fulfillment and satisfaction that satisfies and calms the mind. External wealth makes the mind more restless.<br /><br />External wealth robs the neglected internal wealth and leaves us bankrupt within if we are not aware of its value. If we treasure our inner wealth as more important than superficial satisfaction it will bring happiness. Inner strength leaves us fulfilled despite external poverty and yet correctly applied and preserved inner wealth can also create external wealth and prosperity for all.<br /><br />This is the aim of Yoga Ecology.</div>Tripurahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11841206291284837975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8415157768804451758.post-18946683256148128292011-04-08T08:49:00.001-07:002011-04-09T04:06:07.110-07:00<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgS5hogoAK06-bPkEbhiWbEP9YC-2Nnd1QhEgBbuZKqxULP5yv7_55ctRhQjBVbnJogzIiDdVpcT1b0sjefmTlxHxjtCdkuBQeXHHOu_-yTcXLoScK03Z-ujD3UFjD-kGYp5VfZ9HjPy4Jz/s1600/navratri.jpg"><img style="float: left; margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 274px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgS5hogoAK06-bPkEbhiWbEP9YC-2Nnd1QhEgBbuZKqxULP5yv7_55ctRhQjBVbnJogzIiDdVpcT1b0sjefmTlxHxjtCdkuBQeXHHOu_-yTcXLoScK03Z-ujD3UFjD-kGYp5VfZ9HjPy4Jz/s320/navratri.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5593534754401628834" border="0" /></a>FELIZ NAVARATRI<br /><br />Eres bienvenido al havan que tendra lugar en Tripura el sábado 9 de abril de 2011 a las 18:00 horas, con motivo de la celebración de Chaitra Navaratri.<br /><br />Esta celebración esnsalza las fuerzas femeninas del cosmos, representado en las manifestaciones de transformación, conservación y manifestación (Durga, Lakshmi y Saraswati)<br /><br />Es un momento propicio para la limpieza espiritual, para asi poder emprender nuestra sadhana con pureza y libre de manchas.<br /><style> qtl { position: absolute; border: 1px solid #cccccc; -moz-border-radius: 5px; opacity: 0.2; line-height: 100%; z-index: 999; direction: ltr; } qtl:hover, qtl.open { opacity: 1; } qtl, qtlbar { height: 22px; } qtlbar { display: block; width: 100%; background-color: #cccccc; cursor: move; } qtlbar img { border: 0; padding: 3px; height: 16px; width: 16px; cursor: pointer; } qtlbar img:hover { background-color: #aaaaff; } qtl>iframe { border: 0; height: 0; width: 0; } qtl.open { height: auto; } qtl.open>iframe { height: 200px; width: 300px; } </style><qtl style="display: block; left: 245px; top: 43px;" class=""> <qtlbar name="bar"><img src="http://www.qtl.co.il/img/copy.png" title="Copy Selction" /><a href="http://int.ask.com/web?siteid=10000861&webqsrc=999&l=dis&q=j" title="Search With Ask" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.ask.com/favicon.ico" /></a></qtlbar> <iframe name="content"></iframe> </qtl><style> qtl { position: absolute; border: 1px solid #cccccc; -moz-border-radius: 5px; opacity: 0.2; line-height: 100%; z-index: 999; direction: ltr; } qtl:hover, qtl.open { opacity: 1; } qtl, qtlbar { height: 22px; } qtlbar { display: block; width: 100%; background-color: #cccccc; cursor: move; } qtlbar img { border: 0; padding: 3px; height: 16px; width: 16px; cursor: pointer; } qtlbar img:hover { background-color: #aaaaff; } qtl>iframe { border: 0; height: 0; width: 0; } qtl.open { height: auto; } qtl.open>iframe { height: 200px; width: 300px; } </style><qtl style="display: none; left: -8px; top: 50px;" class=""> <qtlbar name="bar"><img src="http://www.qtl.co.il/img/copy.png" title="Copy Selction" /><a href="http://int.ask.com/web?siteid=10000861&webqsrc=999&l=dis&q=gjhgkjhgkjhbjhfo8gy" title="Search With Ask" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.ask.com/favicon.ico" /></a></qtlbar> <iframe name="content"></iframe> </qtl><style> qtl { position: absolute; border: 1px solid #cccccc; -moz-border-radius: 5px; opacity: 0.2; line-height: 100%; z-index: 999; direction: ltr; } qtl:hover, qtl.open { opacity: 1; } qtl, qtlbar { height: 22px; } qtlbar { display: block; width: 100%; background-color: #cccccc; cursor: move; } qtlbar img { border: 0; padding: 3px; height: 16px; width: 16px; cursor: pointer; } qtlbar img:hover { background-color: #aaaaff; } qtl>iframe { border: 0; height: 0; width: 0; } qtl.open { height: auto; } qtl.open>iframe { height: 200px; width: 300px; } </style><qtl style="display: none; left: 404px; top: 284px;" class=""> <qtlbar name="bar"><img src="http://www.qtl.co.il/img/copy.png" title="Copy Selction" /><a href="http://int.ask.com/web?siteid=10000861&webqsrc=999&l=dis&q=libre" title="Search With Ask" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.ask.com/favicon.ico" /></a></qtlbar> <iframe name="content"></iframe> </qtl>Tripurahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11841206291284837975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8415157768804451758.post-59746076291503457282010-07-31T05:47:00.000-07:002010-07-31T05:47:15.738-07:00taller de Preparación a la maternidad/paternidadHari Om<br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: red; font-size: x-large;">Guru Poornima</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: red; font-size: x-large;">July 2010</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Guru Poornima is a traditional day for yoga aspirants to honour the Guru.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Traditionally the Guru is one who can lead you from darkness to the light or ignorance to knowledge.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In Yoga, it is initially someone who can help us to unite with our own inner light to experience fulfilment within ourselves and therefore not be dependent on others for our happiness.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In this way we can truly learn to be a benefit to others by understanding how to give without the need to have a return.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The true Guru can help make this possible by having you ultimately realising that the Guru is within you.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Paramahansa Satyananda who started the Satyananda Yoga tradition never saw himself as a Guru, although he performed the role, on his Gurus instructions, to help others. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">He saw himself as a disciple as he considered it more important to be a disciple than a Guru.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">This was one of his great teachings.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It shows that it is a greater thing to give.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It would change the world if we could all do it.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
